The research fee covers your personalized travel consultation, including 3 custom destination options with pricing. It's non-refundable and applied before we begin planning. This ensures every client receives our full attention and expertise.
We recommend booking at least 60-90 days in advance for vacations and 30 days for day trips. Concert and event packages should be booked as early as possible since premium seats sell fast.
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for vacation packages over $1,000. A deposit locks in your trip, and you can spread remaining payments over monthly installments leading up to your travel date.
Travel protection is offered and highly recommended with all vacation packages. We partner with top providers to ensure you're covered for cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies while traveling.
Absolutely — customization is what we do best! Every package can be tailored to your preferences including room type, dining, activities, transportation, and special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.

You'll tell me where you want to go (or where you're thinking), your budget, your dates, and your vibe. Within 5–7 days I'll come back with 2–3 custom options laid out so you can see the trade-offs. You pick one, I book it, done.
You text me. That's it. I answer client trip-support messages 24/7 during your travel window — not 9-to-5 — because emergencies don't schedule themselves. For anything covered by travel insurance (medical, cancellations, lost luggage), I'll walk you through the claim personally.
